Your mission
Join our team as the Global Senior Marketing Manager, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, and assume responsibility for our attention and conversion objectives, developing a unique strategy to captivate our target customers in the enterprise automation sector. In this entrepreneurial marketing role you will shift seamlessly from high-level strategic planning to hands-on content creation, campaign management, and other GTM approaches to bring your vision to life, guaranteeing a cohesive approach to strategy, execution, and swift adaptation across a multitude of marketing channels. In this critical role, you will also direct our company toward embracing Generative AI to significantly boost productivity and preserve our competitive advantage of agile and swift execution.
Your profile
Strategy & Planning
  • Ownership of Attention & Conversion: Lead our marketing strategy on our highest impact projects, taking full ownership of how this translates into goals and deliverables, ensuring a growing awareness base and a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Technical Depth: Bring a deep understanding of the complexity of the B2B automation space, including market dynamics, AI/ML, data management, human-in-the-loop processes, and the intricacies of buying centers in companies, to craft effective messaging for these target groups across various industries.
  • Audience Expertise: Constantly upgrade your understanding of the customer and the problems they need to solve, using that knowledge to build communication that differentiates, polarizes, and resonates.
  • Campaign Development: Leverage your strong understanding of channels, creative approaches, and messaging types to capture attention that converts over time while building our brand identity.
  • Design & Brand Savvy: Have a strong emotional, visual, and verbal understanding of the experiential elements of a brand and translate that into compelling visual design and written communication.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: We seek a bright, talented leader who can bring both wisdom and a beginner's mindset to their work.
Execution
  • Hands-On: You will take leadership of a high-impact project from day one, ensuring its success before turning it into an operational machine and bringing other hands on deck. This will require strong self-starter abilities and the communication skills to operate confidently across channels and campaigns.
  • Analytical: You have a strong ability to think logically, break down complex topics, and make decisions using qualitative and quantitative data. You understand and apply frameworks but don’t let them constrain you.
  • Leadership: You excel in building relationships, collaborating with, and influencing cross-functional peers and are capable of leading several future direct reports. You have an eye for detail and hold people to high standards, ensuring our work aligns with UVPs, branding, and objectives.
  • Focus on Distribution & Results: You value practicality and lean into action to ensure we build robust approaches to structure high-quality content and campaigns across our various marketing channels, ensuring our presence resonates throughout the enterprise customer journey and delivers results.
Qualifications
  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead marketing strategies with a keen understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS markets, especially in automation and with a strong AI focus.
  • Excellent Oral & Written Communication: You are a master of the English language and capable of ensuring our communication resonates with our varying stakeholders.
  • Technical Background: We value candidates who bring a technical background and can demonstrate proof of how they have created marketing strategies that win in technical markets.
  • Technology Leveraging: Capacity to utilize the latest technology, especially GenAI, to achieve productivity enhancements in marketing efforts.
  • Startup Savvy: A proven track record in fast-paced and high-growth environments, showcasing swift strategic planning and implementation to keep up with market dynamics.
  • Agency Management: Skilled in managing relationships and outputs from specialized marketing agencies, ensuring they meet our ambitious marketing targets.
  • Highly Organized: As an automation company, we are highly efficient with our time and expect that you help us continually level up how our marketing team operates across Hubspot, Notion, GDrive, Slack, and other systems.
Your Role in Our Evolution
  • This role demands a dynamic individual who can prioritize and focus on the highest impact levers of our target market's journey, capturing demand effectively when the time is right.
  • As marketing evolves with GenAI, you will be the leader who ensures that our marketing org and partners are fully harnessing its capabilities, positioning us as a forward-thinking player in the enterprise automation space.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead various marketing projects and growth experiments aimed at generating inbound leads and enhancing conversion rates through diverse channels like LinkedIn, blog pages, landing pages, funnels, events, presentations, and webinars.
  • Serve as a versatile marketing expert, crafting attractive and persuasive messaging tailored to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) while collaborating closely with our CMO.
  • Play an important role in influencing our brand development, strategically building and enhancing our market presence.
  • Plan and execute various events targeted at engaging our ICP, leveraging your understanding of complex buying centers within target industries such as insurance and banking.
  • Foster and grow a captive community around our brand through innovative initiatives on LinkedIn.
  • Manage our social media channels and oversee public relations projects, ensuring our messaging resonates across web platforms, social media, whitepapers, and blogs.

Your Profile

  • Possess 4 years + of relevant experience in a B2B automation company, top B2B marketing agency, or similar role within a high-growth startup or scale-up, ideally with a background in automation and a technical understanding of AI/ML.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in data-scarce environments and to lead initiatives from conception to fruition.
  • Proven track record of building communities and brands, with a flair for researching and crafting targeted content for various industries.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with a proactive "can do" attitude and a meticulous approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of wearing multiple hats and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced with various tools ranging from HubSpot and Webflow to Canva and Airtable, with a solid foundation in content creation and leadership within the automation space.
  • Fluent in English at a native level.
  • Bonus points for having a technical education in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
