Senior Sales Engineer/ Pre-Sales (f/m/d) - German Speaker

Your mission
As a Senior Sales Engineer, you are crucial to driving sales success and customer satisfaction globally. You'll expertly showcase our cutting-edge solutions, craft tailored demonstrations, and act as the trusted technical advisor to prospective clients. Your role is pivotal in converting prospects into loyal customers and ensuring they achieve their business goals through our innovative technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer needs and challenges.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Work with the Account Executive team to support value creation for prospects and clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions that address client requirements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Own technical engagement and communication across all global accounts.
  • Act as the technical expert and trusted advisor for clients, ensuring they maximise the value of our solutions.
  • Gather customer feedback and work closely with the product team to inform the product roadmap and assist the leadership team.
Your profile
  • You'll create world-class solutions and continuously improve our benchmarks.
  • You should have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, solution delivery, technical sales, consultancy, or a business automation/process improvement background.
  • Basic understanding of scripting, APIs and system integration, particularly with JavaScript.
  • You're a communication expert fluent in both English and German, with German skills being crucial.
  • Your ability to simplify complex concepts and present them effectively demonstrates your scientific mindset and excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience with intelligent automation platforms, RPA, and exposure to AI is a plus.
  • You are independent individual feeling comfortable with dynamic and fast-pace environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills, creativity and familiar with value-based selling.
