Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and solution delivery teams to align operations and ensure smooth transitions between departments.
- Lead and manage multiple operational goals, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Implement Revenue Operations (RevOps) strategies, optimising tools and systems for peak performance.
- Create dashboards and reports based on data from all revenue teams, assisting the CRO in decision-making.
- Oversee the implementation of HubSpot in collaboration with an external agency.
- Pioneer process improvements and automation, ensuring every workflow is efficient and effective.
- Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new clients and partners, laying the foundation for long-term success.
- Engage with internal stakeholders through exceptional communication, building strong relationships within the organisation.
- Go beyond data entry to become a trusted resource for data integrity and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain the team's Notion workspaces, boosting productivity in collaboration with the BizOps team.
- Establish smooth internal and external reporting around all commercial KPIs.
