Account Executive - Enterprise

Your mission
  • Win new enterprise customers within our ICP 
  • Manage the sales pipeline through sequential states of the sales process, initial lead qualification, product demo, negotiation through to close 
  • Customize sales proposals and solutions for prospects, while continuously optimize the sales process
  • Work closely with the CEO, Growth, and Product team to sell our product most effectively
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies in collaboration with the Sales Development and Marketing team.
  • Be responsible to manage complex B2B sales cycles / account-based sales processes together with legal and technical pre-sales to keep the sales cycle short
  • Negotiate contracts, identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, and build good rapport with clients in collaboration with the Customer Success team.
  • Create repeatable sales processes in the later-stage sales
  • Track all data regularly and maintain accurate information on activities and lead qualifications in the CRM application (Hubspot). 
Your profile
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience within a software/technology company with a proven track record in enterprise sales
  • Exceptional capacity to establish and maintain connections across enterprise C-suite executives and generate consensus within the buying team
  • Demonstrated ability to qualify and close enterprise deals, particularly for a multi-year and subscription-based platform.
  • Excellent skills in communication, structured working, decision-making as well as analytical thinking.
  • Drive accurate forecasting and have a proven history in over performance of set targets on time
  • Fluent in German and English
