Your mission
- Establish and maintain technical expertise on new and emerging DeepOpinion products and technology
- Lead the development of DeepOpinions Learning Academy program to serve product user groups
- Deliver instructor-led training in both in-person and virtual environments
- Be responsible for contributing to, and coordination of, user enablement activities and events
- Balance disparate feedback from multiple business partners across the Sales and Product teams
- Support creation of technical content including how to implement specific use cases or best practices for new technologies
- Partner with DeepOpinion customers and cross-functional teams on development and delivery of enablement content that can be adjusted to meet the needs of technical audiences with varying levels of technical depth
- Be responsible for upholding DeepOpinions Business Code of Ethics and promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies
