Your mission
As the Head of Partnerships, your mission is to leverage your expertise in AI and B2B SaaS partnerships to navigate the challenges of scaling a startup. You will lead the partnerships team towards success, driving strategic alliance growth, and creating and cultivating a high-performance partnerships culture. You will align the partnership strategy with the company vision, ensuring the partnership engine is robust, redefining industry standards, setting new benchmarks for success, and bringing prestigious logos on board our mission.

Your Responsibility

Partnership Strategy
  • Transform the partnership approach from founders-led initiatives to a scalable execution plan for the organisation and beyond. This includes but is not limited to acquiring new partners and setting them up for success, which ultimately supports driving revenue goals.
  • Together with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), develop and execute a high-impact Partnership Strategy.
  • Build the strategy and Partnership engine from scratch, a hands-on player in the Go to Market team.
Startup Scaling
  • Utilise your experience in scaling AI or SaaS startups to drive rapid, sustainable growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and pioneer initiatives to expand the company’s presence.
  • Incorporate high velocity in feedback loops from partners to the partnerships team.
Customer and Partner Engagement
  • Work hands-on with the most promising and significant deals in the partnership pipeline and close them successfully.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique needs and positioning the company as the solution of choice in the enterprise space.
  • Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of partner requirements and effective communication of the value proposition.

Your Profile
  • Coin-driven, someone who has witnessed 1-10 million ARR growth in an early tech company, preferably in an enterprise customer space.
  • Able to transform founder-led partnerships into a scalable process in a competitive market.
  • Always give their best and see the company's growth as their own.
  • The role requires creativity, loyalty, brand ambassadorial thinking, as well as high-level influencing with clients, and partnerships & marketing competencies.
  • Has performed in complex environments and managed high-ticket SaaS products partnerships with enterprises.
  • Strong ability to manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
